Import a semantic model onto the latest revision

Imports a semantic model onto the latest revision, creating a new one. Returns a job id to poll: a
202 means the upload was accepted, not that the model was valid. The file must be 15 MB or smaller,
as .yml, .yaml, .zip, .zstd, .zst or .gz.
